With these Pine Floors, the homeowner wanted to get rid of the dark yellow look and get a nice fresh light looking floor. These floors were probably about 20 years old with quite a bit of damage from active dogs,but with our sanding and finishing we were able to bring them back to brand new. We applied three coats of a very durable two part finish that left the floor is looking light and fresh. We also went with a Matte Sheen here are some before and after photos
